Come see the Sacred Heart Choral Ensemble perform live at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital (6777 W. Maple Rd., West Bloomfield, MI 48322) on Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. in the Main Atrium.
The Sacred Heart Choral Ensemble was founded in the fall of 1947 under the direction of Clarence Millard Hightower. The choir's primary purpose was to provide music for Sunday High Mass and Holy Days. The group's diversified musical repertoire makes it possible for them to sing for engagements that are both religious and civic. Over the years, the ensemble has been under the capable leadership of a host of wonderful musicians who have brought their own unique gift to the choir and Sacred Heart's parish.
