Washtenaw Literacy has provided free customized literacy tutoring to adults for over 40 years. The15-hour training program prepares adults to tutor others one-on-one, in reading, writing and English as a Second Language. This interactive workshop includes teaching theory, adult learning strategies and lesson planning practice. Come and see how you can change someoneā€™s life by giving two hours of your time per week.
