Alzheimer's Support Group- 55 Plus Offered by Port Huron Hospital Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM This support group provides education and support for caregivers - spouses and families caring for someone with Alzheimer's Disease.
Sponsored by 55 Plus and the Alzheimer's Association, Detroit Chapter.
The support group is held the 4th Tuesday each month from 1 - 2:30 p.m.
