Join Yoga 4 Peace on Tuesday, January 1 for a full day of classes at the Yoga-Thon fundraiser. The annual New Year's Day event began four years ago as a way of saying "thanks" to the local yoga community for their continued support of the studio. All teachers donate their time and prepare pot luck vegetarian meals. Local vendors and artisans offer yoga-friendly services. Proceeds will support Yoga 4 Peace programs.
Start the New Year off right and renew yourself with a gentle morning awaken, a yoga photo session, kids yoga, guided meditation, or a mantra of 108 Oms. Whatever your level or interest, Yoga 4 Peace has a class for you. The fundraiser kicks off at 9:00 a.m. and will end with the last class at 7:30.
