NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
WASHTENAW COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT
To all residents of the Washtenaw County Conservation District (Washtenaw County), notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of January, 2013, between the hours of 6:30 and 9:30 p.m., at the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds, 5055 Ann Arbor-Saline Road, in the Township of Lodi, an annual meeting and director's election will be held. On the 3rd day of December, 2012, being forty-five (45) days prior to the date of the annual meeting, absentee ballots are available for voting in this election at the Conservation District Office located at, 7203 Jackson Road, Ann Arbor, during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or by writing to or calling the District Office at (734) 761-6721 ext. 5. Residents of legal age who can demonstrate residency in the Conservation District by one (1) piece of identification are eligible to vote in this election.
