MGM Grand Detroit will host its second annual "Touching Communities, Touching Lives" Ice Sculpture Competition to support culinary and hospitality students at the Art Institute of Michigan, Henry Ford Community College, Macomb Community College and Oakland Community College. The event takes place from 8 a.m. to noon on Friday, February 10 at MGM Grand Detroit's Grand Garden.
The students representing the schools will be carving works of art from ice as they compete for scholarships.
