The Monguagon Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will hold its next general meeting Saturday February 11, 2012 at 12:00 noon. The meeting is open to the public and especially anyone interested in joining the DAR. Glen DeFrain, a retired history teacher and master presenter at the Edison Institute, will speak on the role of the Michigan Militia in the Civil War.
